Within its Social Action activities, Bankinter Foundation continues to work with the CNSE in the implementation of new projects related to the accessibility of the various banking channels. These projects include the development of a bank management software application for third generation mobile, fully adapted to the needs of deaf people and also a pilot project to provide telephone banking service through video-calling through which an operator will offer financial advice in sign language.
