Luis Rojas Luis Rojas-Marcos Marcos de la Viesca born in Seville, Spain in 1943 and is the brother of andalucista leader and former mayor of Seville Alejandro Rojas-Marcos. In 1968 he emigrated to New York to study psychiatry and, as acknowledged, to flee from a political, social, familial and moral tense.
