Article 130. Enumeration of security measures. 1.Service stations and fuel supply units and fuels will have a safe with the resistance level determined by the Ministry of Interior with a system or mechanism to prevent the extraction of money through the opening intended for introduction into the box, and two locks protected. The box will be embedded in a reinforced concrete structure, preferably on the floor. 2. One of the keys of the safe will be held by the business manager or other employee and one in possession of the owner or person responsible for the collection of funds, but in no case can match the custody of the two keys at the same person, or people working together. The stations and supply units may provide warning the user public through posters placed in prominent locations, which only fuel dispatch specific quantities of money, so they can be paid by the exact amount without having to make changes. 5. In cases where the economic size, location of service stations or, in general, vulnerability requires, the Government Sub Delegate or may impose an obligation to adopt business holding any of the services or systems security set out in section 112 of this Regulation. 6.
