Reding Against Mobile Industry

European Commission's competition commissioner, Viviane Reding, participated in the Mobile World Congress and shared her thoughts with the cellular industry on Cell Phones. She aims to lower the high rates that cell phone companies charge for roaming,internet access and sms'. She chose an optimal time to present her ideas; she shared them with people present at one of the most important world-wide cellular industry events.
