Meaning The four divisions are colors associated with a meaning. The blue refers to health risks, the red indicates the danger of flammability, and yellow for reactivity hazards: ie, output volatility. These three divisions are assigned a number from 0 (no risk) to 4 (severe risk). Meanwhile, in the white section may have special instructions for some materials, indicating that they are oxidizing, corrosive, reactive or radioactive water.
